Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and personal data from Pigeon Pedigree Pro at any time. Here's how.

Pigeon Pedigree Pro ("we", operated by AlphaCue Technologies) gives you full control over your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it, in line with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Deleting your account is permanent. Your pigeon records, pedigrees, uploaded images, breeding, health, and feed data cannot be recovered afterward. If you only want to remove specific records, you can delete them individually inside the app instead.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1 — Email us

Send an email from the address associated with your account to support@pigeonpedigree.pro with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include:

  • The email address registered to your Pigeon Pedigree Pro account.
  • Your loft / organisation name (if known), to help us locate your records.
  • A confirmation that you want your account and data permanently deleted.

We will verify the request comes from the account owner and then process the deletion.

Option 2 — From within the app

Open Settings and use the support / contact option to submit a deletion request, or raise a ticket from the Support Center. Our team will confirm and complete the deletion for you.

Option 3 — Delete individual records yourself

If you do not want to close your whole account, you can remove specific data at any time:

  • Pigeons: open a pigeon and choose Delete.
  • Scans, breeding records, health logs, feed formulas: open the item and choose Delete.
  • Public share links: revoke them from the pedigree share options.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

  • Your profile (name, email, password hash, profile photo).
  • Your loft / organisation workspace.
  • Your pigeon records, pedigree relationships, and breeding data.
  • Health and medical records, race results, and feed formulas.
  • Images and pedigree certificates you uploaded.
  • Public share links you created.
  • Support tickets and related messages.

What May Be Retained

For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention reasons, we may retain a limited set of records for a longer period, even after account deletion. This typically includes:

Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, are subject to Stripe's own retention policies.

How Long It Takes

We action verified deletion requests promptly and complete removal of your personal data from our active systems within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling schedule, after which they are no longer accessible.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your account here does not automatically cancel an active store-managed subscription. Please also cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future billing.
